By connecting your WhatsApp Business Account through our platform, you authorize us to access your WhatsApp Business Account ID and Phone Number ID via Meta's APIs solely for the purpose of enabling messaging automation on your behalf. You agree to comply with Meta's and WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Business Policy, and Commerce Policy at all times.
You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through our platform, obtaining proper consent from message recipients, and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and WhatsApp's messaging policies. You must not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms, misuse the WhatsApp Business API, or engage in activity that may harm our platform or third parties.
Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or its integrations with third-party services such as Meta, WhatsApp, or Twilio.
